Current Midtown are the residential apartments of the larger Midtown Row development in The Arts District of downtown Williamsburg, VA.  Midtown is being developed by Bridger Corp, Broad Street Realty and Lamont Street Partners, who combined has a large breadth of real estate experience spanning from multi-family to off-campus student housing.  Midtown Row and The Current represents the convergence of this experience and from the years of meticulous planning we intend to deliver a bellwether complex we are truly proud of.
